How project information is used.
When you send an estimate request, M Foote's Contracting Inc. receives the contact details, project location, service selection, project description, and any photos you choose to attach.
Why the information is collected
The information is used to review your request, contact you, discuss the project, prepare next steps, complete and document authorized work, and maintain appropriate business records.
Who can access it
Estimate requests and project records are delivered to the restricted MK Enterprise workspace. Information is not sold. It may be shared with people involved in assessing or completing the requested work when reasonably necessary.
Project photos and public marketing
Estimate and completion photos are private business records unless the customer gives separate, optional marketing permission at project closeout. When that permission is given, selected before-and-after photos and non-identifying project details may be published on the MK Enterprise website, Google Business profile, or social media. Customer names, contact details, and exact street addresses are not included in the automated public project story.
Review follow-up
After completed work is signed off, MK Enterprise may send the customer a one-time email asking for honest feedback or a Google review. The customer can reply directly if an issue should be addressed first.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project, and related business records. To request correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing permission for future use, email admin@mkenterprise.ca.
Copyright and permitted use
All project photography, videos, logos, written content, and original website materials are owned by or licensed to M Foote's Contracting Inc. They may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
