How estimate-request information is used.
When you send an estimate request, M. Foote's Contracting Inc. receives the contact details, project location, service selection, project description, and any photos you choose to attach.
Why the information is collected
The information is used to review your request, contact you, discuss the project, prepare next steps, and maintain appropriate business records.
Who can access it
Estimate requests are delivered to the restricted MFCI owner workspace. Information is not sold. It may be shared with people involved in assessing or completing the requested work when reasonably necessary.
Photos
Attached project photos are used to understand the property and requested work. Do not upload images containing information you do not want included with your request.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry and related business records. To request correction or deletion, email mfootescontractinginc@gmail.com.
